Caledonian was founded by Amazon sellers, not consultants. We didn't pivot into the agency game from social media or PR. We built brands on Amazon, scaled them past seven figures, and started getting asked.

In 2021 two of us were running our own stores on Amazon UK and getting tired of every agency in the market promising the moon and delivering an Excel spreadsheet.

We took on one client as a favour. Then a friend of theirs. Then a friend of theirs. By 2023 we were turning more brands away than we accepted. We stopped doing wholesale, stopped pretending to be a hybrid, and committed: the growth partner for brands on Amazon, run by operators.

Today, our own stores still trade. They do over £4M a year on Amazon, between them. Every play, ad construct, listing structure and creative test we run on a client account, we've already run on our own, usually six months earlier, often badly the first time.

Why "Caledonian"

Two of the founders are Scottish, the company is registered in England (Mildenhall, Suffolk), and "Caledonian Partners" was supposed to be a working title in 2021. It stuck. The colour palette stuck too, forest green, oat cream, a touch of heather rust. We'll keep the name and the green.

Names, photos and individual bios are shared with prospective clients during the audit conversation, not on the homepage. We'd rather you meet the founders on a real call than read about them in a marketing page.
